Maintenance Stickers Overview
The Maintenance Stickers application allows you to create and print maintenance stickers and key tags for vehicles. You can input the current odometer reading, average miles per day, and future service details. The application will calculate the future service mileage and date based on the inputs provided.
Oil Change Sticker
To create an oil change sticker, input the current odometer, average miles per day, and future service details. Choose the appropriate template and printer to print the sticker.
Key Tag
Fill in the necessary fields such as name, vehicle, VIN, license plate, key tag, and fleet number. Select the correct template and printer for printing the key tag.
Rail Buttons
The TRACS Rail on the right side of the screen contains several action buttons:
- Print + Close: Prints the current sticker or key tag and closes the window.
- Print: Prints the current sticker or key tag without closing the window.
- Close: Closes the current window without printing.
- Help: Opens the help documentation.

Note: Images from database sources are not supported. Additionally, barcodes and QR codes are not directly supported, but you can work around this limitation by copying an image of the barcode or QR code and pasting it back into the template. |
Printer Installation Tips
The list below provides various printer installation tips:

The printer must be calibrated for proper use. To calibrate, hold down the "Function" button while turning on the power. Release the button once the LED starts blinking. Press the "Feed" button to start label calibration. The printer will measure the label length and set it accordingly. Located directly behind the roller feed, slide the sensor slightly toward the center. |
| GoDEX RT200i Series |
The printer must be calibrated for proper use. Simply press the calibration button on the back of the printer. To resolve Media error press Power button while pressing Enter Key button for few seconds until it paper comes out. |

Creating Custom Templates
Creating custom templates involves using key-value mappings to ensure the correct fields are populated in your maintenance stickers and key tags. Different printers and vendors may have varying formatting and software requirements for templates. CT shown in various fields below stands for "conditional title." This feature appends a short title to the field value if it exists, leaving the field empty with no title or value if it does not.
